love the navy color, and the cropped leg....made it a very fresh and updated look
The fit was great! Lovvved the pockets. I didnt end up wearing it tho, b/c the side ruffles, although very pretty, hid my tiny waist, which is an asset i like to show off since i have a very large bust, and can create an hourglass silhouette. Its still a very well-tailored piece.

The event was a daytime bar mitzvah at a high end venue, Dress was elegant, yet on trend.
I gained some weight so i didnt want to buy anything new yet nothing in my closet fit me. This was a great dress bc based on my height, bust size, body shape, and shoe heel height, i could tailor the dress to its most flattering fit using the drawstring waist. The sheer-ish bottom made it sexy while still being modest. I had to hold up the dress when I walked but that just added to the princess-like drama of the dress. It was fun to wear.
