I got this dress as a replacement for a jumpsuit that didn’t fit, and I only got it in one size, but I would be curious to see if the L might have fit even better than the XL, as there was some drooping in the ruching that goes over the stomach that might not have been an issue in the next size down. However, I picked this dress to wear for the formal dinner event I was attending because it was overall comfortable and easy, and I could wear a regular bra with it with absolutely zero fuss, no need to tape or pin anything. The turtleneck is, as others have commented, a little itchy but not too bad. This dress was long enough for me to wear high heels as well as long enough in the sleeves for me. The slit kept it from feeling stuffy or overly modest.

I ordered this as a backup option for an event, and it was cute, but I went with another dress. I have strong shoulders on my own and thus tend to avoid shoulder pads, and this dress has some pretty thick shoulder pads. I also felt like it was shorter than I wanted to contend with at above my mid-thigh (I’m 5’8”). The sleeves came to about a 3/4 length on me. As for pros, the pattern of the sequins looked nice, the fabric was comfortable, and it’s a dress you can wear a normal bra with if that’s as important to you as it is to me.

I ordered a few items to choose from for an event, and this was the runner-up option. I really liked the way the top portion of this jumpsuit draped in front; I have broad, muscular shoulders and a large chest, so things like this without shoulder pads are a must. The color is very pretty, and the fabric is very soft and comfortable. At 5’8”, I could wear this with a low heel or flats. Ultimately, I went with a dress (I could just zip up and be set to go for the night), but I would consider renting this again if I had need of something for another dressy event. I would have needed to tape or pin the open back a little at the bottom in order to keep it from showing my bra band, but I did appreciate that I could wear a normal bra with this.

I thought this jumpsuit looked pretty and elegant, despite a few loose threads on one of the arms. I didn’t wear it because it wasn’t a good fit on my body; I’m 5’8” and found this to run just a little small, but I also think even if I had sized up it would have still been too short. Felt like it was made for someone closer to 5’4” or so.
