Fabric is thick but stretchy and generally supportive. The shoulder does restrict your arm a bit, but not oppressively so-- I was still able to dance all night!

I rented this dress for a NYE party, and I definitely felt like I had the most unique dress there. I loved the 60's-style cut and bell sleeves. It was not the most comfortable dress in the world, however. The sizing was very weird, I think because it is European? I am normally a US 6 but went up to a 10 in this dress. Even so, the sleeves were a bit tight, and the buckle detail in front was cute but didn't sit quite right on my 36D chest. These were probably details that only I noticed, however, so overall the dress was a win.

As a shorter woman I was worried about a full-length gown dragging along the floor, but with heels, this one hit the perfect length. In terms of the fit, t was snug, but in all of the right places, and especially being strapless, made me feel more secure that it wasn't going anywhere. Overall it was a beautiful dress for a beautiful night!
