5'10" 170 lbs 38C. Got the size 50, which worked but was by no means a perfect fit. This slips over the head (which turned out to make getting in & out it easier than dealing with a zipper). I carry most of my weight in the stomach, but also have a butt and thighs, so was surprised that this fit everywhere but the hips & saddlebags, where it was loose. I can't say that I've tried on too many garments that are too big in the junk. The fabric provided some compression without being restricting, and for someone who's spent the last year & a half in sweatpants and leggings, it was surprisingly comfortable - and flattering.

5'10" 170 lbs 38C, got the L, which is the size I always wear in sweaters and these kinds of tops. It's not a sweater, but a very thick and stiff viscose blend with deep pleating both on the outside and the inside. I have skin that's more sensitive than most and would not have been able to wear this without something between me and those ridges. Fortunately, I had a boatneck 3/4 sleeve top that worked as a liner. Note that the sleeves are voluminous enough that this garment won't fit under most jackets, which limits its versatility.
