This was a great dress. Received lots of compliments.
The size 8 was small on my chest and made it difficult to move around freely. I would size up if you have a large chest area and/or back.

I wore it once for everyday and did not wear it again.
It is large I would size down, not up. The material is a bit itchy and the sweater looks more worn out in real life. Not as much of a statement piece as I was hoping for.
