This is a gorgeous dress! I'm 5'7'', 120 lbs and the XSL was perfect.
The fit was great, but I didn't end up wearing it b/c it was a little too showy in the boobs for a black tie event.

It is snug, so I would suggest the backup size be the size "up." However, the material is thick so even though it's snug, it holds you in and I think fits really nicely! I got tons of compliments on it and felt great wearing it. The length on me (5'7") was just below my knees.
