Sadly it was too short and I didn't wear it.
I loved the fit overall- the 8R fit my body perfectly.... but the length was waaaaay too short. without shoes it hit the right length, but with shoes - any shoes - the length hit around my ankles. I loved the rest of the dress so much I tried on a million pairs of shoes to see if I could make it work - but I couldn't. The 8L and 10L were both unavailable when I ordered the dress and so I thought, well, maybe... just maybe the other reviews that I'd read were wrong. Trust me, if you are tall, you need the L.

I got so many compliments and I felt so pretty wearing this dress!
The long is definitely long! I'm 5'10 and even in my tall heels the dress was slightly too long - as in I was afraid I would trip in it. It was really hard going up and down stairs - and sitting - b/c the dress would get caught in the feet of the chair or stuck in my heels. Also the zipper is incredibly hard to zip up when it reaches the thicker corset part - I struggled with it for quite awhile - almost having to give up - be warned if you don't have anyone to help you - this is not the easiest dress to zip yourself!

Super cute!
This is a super cute bracelet that worked perfectly for my outfit!! I got several compliments on it. Minus 1 star b/c when i took it off at the end of the night, my wrist was covered in blue where the bracelet had been!! I have small wrists and it fit perfectly - such a rarity.
