Definitely looks better on than in the photo!
Beautiful and unique dress worn to a formal cocktail party. The skirt part is heavy which makes the top feel a bit stretched out. I usually wear a 2/4 and I easily fit into the 0 (and probably could have sized down one more if possible). I needed to add cup inserts to my bra to help fill out the top. I also added a belt for more dimension. I loved the look and would rent again.

Rented this for a ball related to my husbands job. Very elegant and classy for a business event. I too added a black belt for a little bit more around the waist. I felt great in it and I was so comfortable. I also received so many compliments. Will definitely recommend and rent again!

Great cuff but some imperfections
I loved the cuff but it had some wear to it when I got it. A little tarnished, and a few jewels near the opening were missing. It's also a lighter gold, which is pretty, but the rest of my jewelry was a deeper gold so it was a little mismatched. Still a beautiful cuff and I would rent again.

Good dress for work function
I rented this for a gala supporting my husbands work. It was a decent dress but I can't say it has been one of my favorites. I didn't feel like it flattered my shape well, but it was a modest enough dress for a professional occasion. There was a small snag is the lace right at waist level but fortunately it was hardly noticeable.

This is a nice classy dress. The material is definitely...different. I read another review that compared it to wetsuit material and that was definitely right. It was classy and elegant though. Bottom was a little worn and looked ragged.

You will feel like Kate Middleton in this dress!
I have to admit, when I received the dress, I wasn't sure about it. The colors are really bold and bright, and I tend to gravitate towards simple and neutral. Once I put it on though I fell in love with it. The colors really complimented my end of the summer skin tone and the fit was really flattering and slimming. I felt like it was something Kate Middleton would wear! I received lots of compliments- would definitely rent this dress again!

Beautiful gown. I rented this when my original gown became unavailable and lucked out! Great fit for lots of body types. My only con is that the zipper was really tricky. I had trouble getting it up and down and not because it was a tight fit- it's just finicky. Someone else at the event wore the same dress too! I didn't mind, it just meant it was a really great dress!

Exquisite dress! You will not be disappointed!
This dress was so unique and I loved it. Everyone is right when they say that the photos don't do it justice. The appliqué is gorgeous. This was my first choice dress but unfortunately my size became unavailable and they ended up sending a backup dress along with my backup size in this dress (which actually fit pretty well!) . I loved them both so much but ended up going with the backup - it was a really tough decision!! I only chose the other dress because I knew I would rent this dress again!

Great dress for a colder night
After reading the reviews I decided to go with the 4L. The pros: the material is great for warmth and is very forgiving. The draping was great at giving the illusion of accentuating the good curves while hiding my not so flattering ones. It's a very elegant dress that is easily versatile with any jewelry. I received a lot of compliments on it! The cons: It fit pretty good but the sleeves were a little too loose and too short on me (a common problem I have). The length was just a smidge too long for my liking (with 3 inch heels) as it dragged on the floor but it ended up working fine. I would have rather it be too long than too short. I probably could have fit a 2L but that size was unavailable (and I might of had more of a problem with the sleeve length). Tip- because of the jersey like material, you'll want to hang this dress as soon as you get it. It was a little wrinkly when I received it.

Not as nice as picture but still a decent necklace
When I received the necklace it resembled more of a tangled mess rather than the nicely woven necklace in the picture. One of the pearl strands had unhooked and the piece could have used some polishing. I was able to hook the pearl strand back on and try to organize the strands a little bit. I still wore it and it worked with my dress, I just wished it was as nice as it was in the picture.

Not really all that "bump friendly" if you're later in your pregnancy.
First off, this dress is not really the color it looks online. It is definitely grey tones and not black "lace" on white. This dress is also unfortunately has NO lace on it whatsoever - it's a print of lace, so the name it a bit of a misnomer. I am 24 weeks pregnant and rented this dress as I loved the design and the empire waist (it was deemed "bump friendly"). I ordered my regular size (2R) and a size up because I figured the empire waist would not affect my sizing too much (I never get too big with pregnancy) and I have a very small bust to begin with. This dress did not fit AT ALL. The bust was extremely small (even with the 4R). I barely could zipper the dress up and I couldn't even breathe or bend over. Sure my bust has grown a small bit with pregnancy but did not think this would be an issue considering I have a small bust to begin with. Also I wouldn't really consider this a true empire waist. The waist band is a bit lower than just under the bust, so it really dug into my bump and was extremely uncomfortable. Although I am on the tallish side (5'7), I ordered an R instead of a L since all the reviews mentioned it ran long, however I did not find this to be the case. It was a bit too short for a formal affair (I was only wearing 2 in heels too). It's a pretty dress, but I wouldn't say it was formal enough for a "black tie" affair.
