Love/hate relationship
LOVE this shirt because it is beautifully made, classic, perfect silhouette, and SUPER flattering. I am not nearly as thin as it made me appear. Personal preference note- I just hate the high neckline. I kept pulling the neck down because it would ride up and annoy me. I just don't love a boatneck. Otherwise perfect.

Flattering and classy
So many compliments! Heavy, high quality fabric you would expect from Kate Spade. I think it's appropriate for any season. Wore to a bridal shower where all the bridesmaids wore blush. I could NOT get away without a bra because my nipples showed, but the straps were not an issue. There was a little button closure under each strap to lock the bra strap in but they were broken which annoyed me a little.

I loved this dress and I really wanted to wear it to a bachelerotte party but it was way too short to wear out. I'm only 5'6 and not super conservative but if I had bent over or danced the wrong way everyone would have gotten a free show :)

Difficult fit for wide hips
What a beautiful dress and I received so many compliments! I usually wear an 8, but I wore the 10 because the bottom inner slip has no stretch- it just barely fit over my hips and I kept having to tug it down. If you have extra wide hips like me, be careful renting this one or size up! I made it work and I really loved this one :)

Stunning
Love this bracelet! It is so pretty and I wore it almost every day I had it. The one con worth mentioning is that it is bulky and heavy, making it difficult to write, type, etc.

Painful!
These are so pretty but they actually really hurt my ears! I wore them for about an hour and they are clip on (which I didn't realize- my fault) and my ears are still throbbing two weeks later! Ouch!

The color is definitely more of a bright blue than shown on the model, which was fine by me! I wore this to my nephew's christening at a country club. It was mostly comfortable; the top was very fitted so it was a little difficult to move my arms up and down. The arms are definitely very snug so if you have unusually large arms this might not fit. Tip: Stand up straight. I was crouched over in most of the pictures- not sure if it's bad posture or I just feel weird in boatnecks (combination?) and I looked awkward in some pics because of it. Fits true to size. You can't really go wrong with a ML :)

A few issues..
This is a beautiful dress, and it IS flattering in the stomach area because of the side rouching (which you can't really see in the photo) but not as much in the hips and back (which are my problem areas). I felt a little self conscious. I also thought it was more of a shift dress but it's not, again, it's rouched on the sides making it very long and thin so you kind of have to stretch your way into it. A really weird but painful problem I had.. The dress was riding up while I was dancing so I was pulling it down a lot (annoying but to be expected) and I guess the sequins were catching in between my thumbnails and my fingertips because they are burning!! It feels like there are blades in there, still, the next day. I wonder if anyone else had this problem. PS, I thought the dress was really hard to get into and then today I discovered a very well hidden zipper on the side. Lol dummy! Overall, the dress is beautiful and I got a lot of compliments. The problems were more because of me so I still gave it four stars.

Gorgeous and classy dress for a wedding!!
One if the most beautiful dresses I've ever seen! The fit was very true to size. The length and material doesn't leave much wiggle room, so I hiked it up when I needed to get low on the dance floor! It's also not very breathable so I wouldn't recommend this for an outdoor wedding. Ours was air conditioned so it was fine but the cocktail hour outside in the heat was rough. This dress definitely stood out among all others!

Amazing fit and beautiful quality!
This dress was so beautiful and well made! I wore it to my engagement party and it was PERFECT! I think every single guest complimented the dress and said I "looked like a bride". It was a little snug on the bottom (I am larger on the bottom than the top) and the zipper was difficult to get past the sash. But once it was on, it was perfect. This was my first Rent the Runway rental and I couldn't be happier.
