I am 5'10", 155lbs, and size 34B cup. I wore size Small and it fit well. The size Medium was my backup and it was too big. With the size Small I was unable to wear a strapless bra because the shirt would've been too tight, and the open back goes well below a normal bra line, plus you can almost see some side boob because of the cut of the shirt in the front. I wore pasties and it worked fine. It's flowy enough I could go bra less and you couldn't tell.. I also used some bra tape to keep the shirt in place. The high neck line with lace was comfortable, plus it looked so classy. The back is interesting, as the lace goes past your butt (as you can see in the back shot) and can look like a tail. If you are a busty full figured gal, this shirt won't be ideal. I wore it to a NYE event with leather leggings and over the knee black sued boots and felt dressy and classy. It is an understated shirt with just enough fun detail to make it interesting. My boyfriend thought the open back was so sexy, he wanted to buy the shirt for me!

I am 5'10". 165 lbs, and a 34B. I didn't wear a bra and didn't need to. The dress is forgiving in the stomach and hips. It's a very lightweight material which was perfect for the outdoor rehearsal dinner in July. If you are really curvy, this dress may not be as flattering. It might make you look wide across the stomach and hips. But if you are tall this dress hits mid-calf.
