This dress is made from a thick material which I loved because it appeared smooth without spanx! The neckline was unique and it required minimal jewelry. I received compliments all night at the black tie wedding. I would definitely rent this dress again but I would rent a 6L instead. The 4L was a bit tight but it worked. I'm 5'9 / 140lbs. I wore 2 inch heels and it was perfect.

This dress fits like a glove. I shift between wearing a 2 and a 4 but after reading other reviews saying to go down a size, I'm glad I did. I am 5'7 1/2 and the 2L was perfect length with normal dress heels. I used my second size for the 2R which would have been perfect if I was wearing flats. The sequence do rub a little under your arm (which is expected) but I would rent this dress again without question! It doesn't look very plum in person/pictures- it shows more of a black/grey... Which is what I wanted! All good things. Rent the Runway has been great. Looking forward to using them again.
