Rented this for a vacation in New Orleans. Was great to walk around in and class up a casual outfit or match my dressier outfits as well. Surprising how much it could hold too! Had a kindle, iphone, umbrella, makeup and more that all fit inside easily! Color is less of a canary yellow and more of a mustardy yellow. Loved this!

Felt very (almost too) sexy in this sleek black dress! I'm usually a size 4 and the 6 fit snug, similar to other dresses by this brand. I am 5-5" and wore 3" heels and the regular length worked well, although may have been a touch too long. The thigh slit does come up pretty high when seated. I'm probably a little too busty (34DD) to have been wearing such a large v-neck split. I was able to wear an unlined bralette with a halter neckline underneath for support but beware - outside of miraculously having this bralette you will not be able to wear a strapless bra or bustier with this dress. Even the nubra cups I bought originally were visible through the slit. The belt did loosen on me throughout the night with movement, and the excess material won't lay flat so it was visible from the side in pictures, though that didn't bother me. If you're going for sexy and formal without being too fancy (read: black tie optional) this is a great choice!

Apologies for the filter, didn't get a good picture while I was out! The dress fit like a glove although runs small, similar to Elizabeth and James styles. I usually wear a 4 but the 6 fit tight in this dress. The fringe seams made the dress a little more casual, but could easily be dressed up with shoes and accessories. The lining is thick enough to hide imperfections and while you can wear a standard bra with this I was able to wear it without a bra. This would be a great dress for a bride either at a shower, bachelorette or rehearsal party!

I received this through the unlimited service and wore this to dinner and drinks on New Year's Eve. The material was very slinky and stretched to fit across the hips and waist and flared slightly at the bottom. The top was loose fitting on me which is a little odd given the open back style and the fact that I am widest through the chest (D-cup) and ribcage. I've gone braless without a problem before but the dresses usually help hold me in, not the case here ladies! Went through a serious sticky bra and fashion tape all along the sides of the top to keep it in place. Made me nervous, but it held well and eventually I was even comfortable. The back is stunning and made my husband and friends do a double take! The regular length was perfect for my 5'5" height and I wore heels comfortably with it. I would recommend, but only if you are comfortable being braless without any support!

Wore this to a family wedding in October and felt comfortable and classy all day. Rented in both the 4 and 6 and ended up wearing the 4. The 4 was a little tight in the rib cage where I am widest and I couldn't quite lift my arms over my head, but the 6 was a little too roomy in the hips where I am narrowest. The lace overlay hits below the knee, but the liner is above the knee so it's modest without being matronly, perfect for cooler temperatures. Came in great condition even though it's been available to rent for a long time, great bargain rental!

I rented this as part of the unlimited service, but plan to rent again for my 30th birthday celebration. This dress is everything! The color is a deep (almost blood) red. As with all of the Elizabeth and James dresses it fits ridiculously tight. I'm usually a 4-6, but after trying an 8 in another EJ dress I decided to rent this in a 10 and it fit better. The material is very thick and stretchy and does hug your curves, though I found it flared away from me after the hips which I appreciated. The size and the slit probably have something to do with that. I'm a 36D and found with the tightness of the material I didn't even need a bra, but if you want one it would probably have to be strapless. Excited to wear this again!

Rompers can be very hit or miss for me with proportions, but I have to say this one was very comfortable! Overall I think the romper actually ran large in the torso for me, but as you can see in the picture the belt didn't quite close even when pulled tight so I'd have to call it true to size. If you have a particularly tiny waist though (and are missing a rib or two) I would recommend you size down.

Rented the medium and large. Both ran quite tight in the chest but the medium fit much better in the hips and legs so I went with that. The material is very very thin but didn't have any problems with seeing through it, just felt a little naked to me as I'm used to thicker fabrics! It literally buttons all the way up and as the buttons across the chest pulled a bit I was nervous they would pop open but never had any problems in the 8+ hours I wore it. The pattern is very bright and has gorgeous detail, I had many compliments! I'm 5'5" and the length worked well for me, I wore flats and it may have been a tad too long but I wasn't stepping on the hem at all. The slits on the side and up the middle of the front (from the bottom to where the buttons begin) provide enough sexiness to make you look polished but fun. Overall I would recommend this to anyone looking to dress up a casual look. Women with a larger bust just be aware the top is not designed with boobs in mind!

Wore this to a concert in New York. I rented the small and medium based on others reviews. I'm usually a dress size 8 with my shoulders and bust being my largest areas and the small fit better than the medium. There's definitely some stretch and the shorts are short but still tasteful. I wouldn't recommend this if you are long waisted as I have a pretty short torso and still felt the seam between the legs pretty strongly when seated (in both sizes). Because I have a larger chest I felt more comfortable wearing a black tank underneath than wearing it alone. Overall I felt very comfortable and loved being "dressed up" without having to wear a dress!

At the time I was more of a regular dress size 14-16 so I ordered this in both the regular 14 and the plus size 16 (two separate rentals which kinda stinks, but lucky I did because the regular size didn't work!). The dress is quite stretchy so although it is a shift dress do not be surprised when it hugs everything. The pattern and color are beautiful and really eye catching, I had many compliments throughout the night. I am a busty girl and was able to wear a regular bra as well as Spanx which made me very comfortable. The sequins did get a little scratchy under the arms by the end of the night but nothing too bothersome. The dress is short too so if you're worried about your upper thighs it may not be the dress for you. Overall I was very happy with the dress!

Many reviewers said this dress runs large, but I have a larger bust and waist and found the larger size fit me more appropriately. It was a little too risque for my bust and would have had to have been taped or pinned. Overall I would probably be considered more of an apple shape with smaller hips and a larger bust / waist and this shape was not flattering at all on me. The dress arrived in beautiful condition and I would have loved to wear it, but just not for me unfortunately!
