Needs a belt to cinch waist
This dress on its own is pretty dumpy. I loved the flow of the pleated lower half but the top is just terrible. Feels like you’re wearing scrubs. I cinched the waist with a black belt and it helped. But it’s just an awkward dress. Won’t rent again.
