This dress is amazing- definitely body-con fit- so if you are nervous about your curves, you may want to break out the spanx- I rented the small and it was perfect for work, but if I wore it out...I'd definitely go for the xs

The fabric of this dress is a little heavy and I would recommend sizing up if your large chested because it's a little snug in the chest area. It is a great choice for work. Definitely renting again.
