Wore to a black tie event and it felt elegant (and sparkly!) without being a pain! It didn’t need tugging or tucking, was easy to walk in, and it moved beautifully. I wish it came in long sizes - I’m tall and like to wear tall shoes, but ended up in flats to make it work. With flats though I was as comfortable as a person can be at a black tie event and it felt much more expensive than it was. I accessorized with lots of sparkle.

Wore this to a work event and it felt on-trend without being overly flashy. It was also super comfy. The neckline was distinctive and kept it from being just another knit dress. Fit: I personally am a bit between sizes right now and assumed I’d need the L. I didn’t even try the M but it might have worked, the dress was roomy but not boxy. I don’t necessarily advise sizing down but if you want a more snug fit down below it is worth considering.

This dress was comfortable (I wore the larger size of the two I rented), airy, and easy to wear. I wasn't pulling or tugging or sucking myself in, and even though we were outside I was cool and comfortable. I got lots of compliments and didn't feel like I was working that hard for them! I went with glam heels & a bold lip, but overall it was a simple, wearable, but memorable look. Would definitely recommend.

I have a black-tie event for work each year, and it is a constant struggle to find a work-appropriate dress (not too much skin, comfortable enough to be able to hurry and carry things in, etc.) that is both elegant and comfortable. This dress was all of those things. I couldn't wear a traditional bra, but that was the only trade-off. The waist was fitted but not tight. The skirt moved beautifully in a delightful swish when I walked. I'm 5'10" and wore 2-3" heels, which I think were exactly right for the long length dress, and I would recommend that people plan to wear heels - the longer length in the back would probably be unwieldy without them. One other thing I'd want other renters to know - the color was more orange (with pink undertones) than I'd gotten from the photo, which looked to me to be a lighter tangerine. I'm not a huge fan of orange generally speaking but the color was totally striking and I received a lot of compliments on the color in particular - it really stood out in a sea of black formal-wear. I paired with beige/blush accessories and simple drop earrings.

I have an annual black tie event for work, which is a bit of a fashion conundrum - I need to be glamorous without wearing anything too revealing, both because I'm there with colleagues and because I actually have to be on my feet rushing around for the entire event. This was perfect - I felt glamorous and sexy, but also covered up. (I don't feel shy about my back being exposed, and I found an adhesive bra that did the trick. A regular or convertible bra are not viable options). Also, I'm 5'10" and love wearing heels, so the long length is a dealbreaker for me. This dress was perfect. It was surprisingly comfy. I wore 4 inch heels and it worked, although shoes that tall weren't necessary - flats would probably have been too short, but not by much. I accessorized with really bold silver jewelry (including the Ben-Amun Melted Metal Collar from RTR) and silver sparkly shoes. I loved this and would definitely recommend it. My *only* complaint was that the keyhole in the back gapped some when I moved, which made me feel a little exposed; I tried fashion tape which did not solve the problem. It was a minor thing, though, and I would rent the dress again in a heartbeat.

Like other strapless dresses that rely on structure to stay up, this dress gapped a bit when I sat or moved around too quickly. I also found the boning to be very uncomfortable by the end of the night - and the sequins chafed a bit, too. I didn't find any of that surprising, though, and the dress was totally worth it. I loved the long length, as I got to wear heels and still have the dress come to my toes.
