A little back dress with a really fun twist!
The dress fit beautifully from head to toe. Because I'm so short, it wasn't a mini dress but was still short enough that it didn't require any hemming. The sleeves were a fantastic detail that transformed it from a simple black sheath to a fun party dress. Would definitely rent again!

I loved the color, and the dress was glamorous for a very black tie event.
The main reason I opted for the dress is the high-low hemline meant that I would be able to wear a full length ballgown without needing to hem it. The front wasn't even near hitting the floor, however the back did form a bit of a train so I had to be careful of other people stepping on it. Overall, a great success.

I walked into the party and knew that I looked fantastic.
The dress was extremely flattering and fit perfectly. I usually need to alter dresses -- both in the top and in the length -- but this one fit me right off the rack. Since I am only 5 feet tall, the length was perfect -- on a taller person, it would have probably been way too short.

Great dress, but not proportioned for a short, short-wasited woman
I absolutely love this dress, and with alterations it would have been spectacular. As it was, however, it didn't fit me properly. I am short-waisted, so in order for the top to fit properly and the waist to hit at the right point, the entire top would have needed to be pulled up by a tailor. I probably could have gotten away with it, but the length was also a problem,. While the dress seemed like a mini on the (tall) model, ti completely covered my knees and fell to an unflattering length. This would have also needed tailoring, and given the density and weight of the fabric, it was not something that could have been done with hem tape.
