While I liked the dress (and the necklace I rented with it), I wished I could have had one size larger. After reading other RTRs' reviews, I would have liked to have gotten the medium and the large to see which fit better. Unfortunately, the large was unavailable for the weekend I took my engagement pictures and I put all my eggs in one basket with the medium. I'm happy I did, but think I'd have been a bit happier with a slightly bigger size.

Wore this with fleece-lined leggings and short booties on NYE (it was -7 out) and I still felt festive and fun. It was comfortable to wear, the sleeves were long enough, had just enough give, and covered everything (but still felt fun). I typically wear a medium, but ended up wearing the large - even that was snug.

I loved this dress! It made a great impression for a NYE party. The beading on the dress was lovely. I ended up adding my own simple black belt that blended into the pattern and didn't take away from the dress itself. The beading did rub a bit under my arms, but nothing that was unbearable. I was glad that I read reviews that the dress ran a bit big and was able to order sizes that would fit me best.

The earrings were beautiful and went perfectly with the dress I ordered. I worried about how heavy the earrings would be, but read more positive than negative reviews. Unfortunately, they ended up being too heavy for my ears and I took them our halfway through dinner. :(
