I am 5'8 about 130 lbs and the 2L fit perfect! It's a little more snug than your typical likely dress but was thick enough so it wasn't unflattering. I wore my normal size and it fit great

I am typically an xs in amanda uprichard dresses because I find they run large. This runs true to size so I got a small and it fit great. I am a 32B bra size and the small was perfect around my chest.
