Waist and length is perfect but the straps are too long and chest too large, perhaps I can wear a turtle neck under

Felt elegant and sexy!
The only thing to note is that the dress is secured by the thin straps around your neck. It did feel heavy and I had some discomfort around my neck initially but didn’t notice it throughout the night.
