This is a very pretty dress. Velvet material, substantial feeling, and very well made. The skirt is VERY short. There was no way I could wear this out anywhere. You would need to be very short to not look ridiculous wearing this. I would say 5'1" or shorter.

I am a traditional size 4 and could barely zip up the back in this one. Go a size up. Very glam looking with the sequins. It was too much for my event. Definitely more of an evening gala- type look. Very pretty.

More on the tight side, so I would also get one size larger as a back-up. No back or side zipper, so have to be able to slide over your head and get your arms through. Color was gorgeous. Beautiful lines and drape. Loved it. Shapewear is a must because nothing is hidden!
