This was a giant skirt with a lot of fabric… it was too overwhelming for me. I thought the top was white it was not. It was lighter blur stripes. Also very boxy. Not flattering.

The back was open with a tie that was awkward. I could figure out if the sleeves were Balloon or supposed to be off the shoulder. They kept falling down. The shirt was tight across the mid section and very cropped.
