One Extra Snap Between the Girls Would be Great
A little gapping at the chest that could have been solved by one of the snaps, but cute enough for a day out and it has pockets.

Very Flattering
I loved the look of this top and would have bought it had it not been for the zipper in the back constantly catching the small hairs on the back of my neck. I feel the designers could have put that zipper on the side for the win.

Super Cute if Not a Tad Short

Comfy & Dressy Enough for Work
I loved this skirt and almost bought it but wasn't thrilled about the washing instructions or the plight of keeping the cargo pocket flaps down on my own. I would likely rent again if it was still in the rotation. It's cozy for inside winter dressy enough with a nice top for work, and dresses down nicely with a pair of sandals and a t-shirt for weekend errands.

Didn't Love The Poofy Shoulders But Otherwise Nice
True to Ted Baker quality, this dress is gorgeous (and POCKETS). The poofy shoulders were a thumbs down, and overall not really my style, but I enjoyed wearing it because of the quality.

Shorter than it seems & needs cami for bust
Loved this dress (forgot to grab a full length shot, but it's very flattering). It's shorter than it seems - like need some bike shorts to sit or you'll be sitting on your underwear. You might manage to go without a cami if you have a very low cut bra, but I wasn't messing with that.

Very Flattering - and POCKETS
There's a funny meme about when God creates a kangaroo and someone says "cute animal" then God says "it has pockets". Yup. This dress is gorgeous and that's my response when people compliment it :-) It does have pretty significant gapping around the bust, so I had to be careful not to slouch. Overall, I loved it and probably would have bought it if it was a tad cheaper.

As someone else noted, this kind of has a mermaid silhouette, but subtle enough that it seems to be universally flattering. It’s not too long for short girls and the only thing keeping me from buying it is my annoyance with the bottom seems curling up.
