I am a true size 4 and always get a size 6 as a back up as a Pro member, however, this dress seemed to run slightly snug, and being 5'7", was slightly short so I opted to wear the size 6, which was perfect.

Wore this darling RM dress to an annual country western theme Cancer Society ball. Dress runs a smidge small to size in the torso area. Also could be about and inch longer - but I am 5'7" and wore cowboy boots with heels, so it would probably be the perfect length on most girls.
