Rents this for work but didnt end up wearing it. The sleeves zip up for a more tailored look...except they zipped up so small i couldnt even move my wrists. I faily small wrists and hands (ring size 5.5) so i was very surprised st the tightness of the sleeves. I did not end up wearig this. Order a size up!
