I ended up choosing to wear the other RTR dress I ordered.
You need to zip up before putting sleeves on.

I was told I looked stunning. I don't think the picture shows how gorgeous the dress is.
The dress was very comfortable. You definitely need special undergarments for the plunging neckline.
