Runs very small. I'm usually a 26 in jeans and I ordered the 27, but they were not close to fitting.

Colors Weren't Flattering
I love the cut on this dress but the colors really washed me out. I am fairly pale and I don't think the pastel/orange/black combo did me any favors. Regardless, Milly knows how to fit a dress.

Chic and Light
I loved the sleeves on this dress: full but sheer coverage. While it is hard to tell the sleeves are a light gauzy fabric, but they are still coherent and don't look out of place. The grommet details give this floral piece the perfect edge.

Work and Play!
This dress is great for work and play. I imagine this may be a bit short for an office environment if you were any taller than 5'3" but it was perfect for me! While this wrinkled a bit throughout the day it still looked great at happy hour after a long day at the office. It is the perfect play on the shirt dress and just girly enough. I am really considering purchasing this!

I fell in love with this jacket the second I saw it. The fit was perfect and I wore this with everything from jean shorts at a baseball game to bars with friends. The jacket is currently sold out on Draper James and I'm not surprised.

It's all in the detail!
The details make this top worth the rent! The fit was amazing and it did not wrinkle throughout a work day. The material was light and breathable and worked perfectly with black ankle pants. This would also work well layered with a blazer in the fall.
