Quite large up top, beautiful shape otherwise
The top was very baggy. I actually preferred the way the 8 fit on my body, but the top gaped and drooped, so I wore the 6. Even so, I had to keep tugging on the top and I couldn't get the sleeves to fit symmetrically. Otherwise stretchy and comfortable, but I won't rent again.

Beautiful dress, but runs quite small
I'm not huge-chested, am typically a small/size 4 or petite 6, and the 8R was almost impossible to zip up at the top. Too tight to wear comfortably, so I had to choose the other dress I picked. Gorgeous, though - I might try it in a 10 next time!

Runs small, very elegant
I'm typically a 6 and could barely zip up the 8, so size accordingly! It is a lovely color, nice thick fabric, but very snug as stated, and shapewear was necessary if you have any tummy softness! The bottom hem is raw, which is strange for this dress, like it had been let out all the way for length?? I also couldn't get the flap at the neckline to stay straight/flat. If I had a better option I probably would not have worn this, but it served its purpose for an outdoor winter wedding (and coat stayed on most of the time anyway!). Would recommend for someone with a skinnier frame!

Showed all the chub rolls in the abdomen and back, probably super cute for maternity but not for chub! I also felt too old for it.

Beautiful and classy, runs long
I'm usually a size 4, and this one would have worked fine, but it was snug across my chest so the size 6 was more comfortable. It skimmed everything instead of hugging, which was lovely. This was quite long, dragging the floor even in my almost 4-inch heels, though I think the size 4 may have been an inch or 2 shorter. Shapewear is difficult because the arm holes are somewhat large, so even a real bra was exposed on the sides. I chose to wear an adhesive silicone bra and seamless panties, which worked great. But I had to remember to suck in my tummy because no Spanx! The wide armholes would not be flattering if you're sensitive about armpit fat. Overall, extremely beautiful and classy, different from the typical black dress, and I got tons of complements all evening.

The most comfortable formal gown ever!
I'm 5'4" and 125 lbs and usually wear a 4 with the occasional 2. Though I could get into the 2, the 4 skimmed my curves beautifully without being too restrictive. The length was perfect with my 3.5 inch heels. The arms are slim, so keep that in mind if you are a weight-lifter!

Fit true to size for me. Slimming and forgiving with lots of stretch. Felt sexy without showing a lot! Perfect backdrop for beautiful jewelry.
