I waited to catch this dress because I caught my eye. Ended up wearing it for a workday. It was pretty comfy, fabric drapes well and doesn't wrinkle . The skirt is kind of long at the lowest points so if you're very short, beware. I found the shoulders to be just a little tighter than I wanted. Glad I rented it, but probably wasn't worth what I hyped up in my head.

Like that the top is fitted
If this were just an elastic waist skirt it wouldn't sit as cleanly at the top. Like that it's fitted then the volume begins. Nice cotton fabric. I'm between 6-8 these days and the 8 was the way to go.

Color is the best feature
Dress makes you look a little heavier than you are and beware of wrinkles. But the color is eye catching I wore it for a business trip and it served purpose of being a completely appropriate but cool work dress.

Cute modern sporty styling. Love the color combo. Length was good. I am 5’7” but shorter legs so I would call myself a regular inseam in everything. This had a bit of a waist gap and felt a little tighter through the hip and seat than I would like. Maybe for a straighter or more apple than pear figure.

Thinner and lighter than some other Anine Bing options
Solid hoodie, shaping is very relaxed. The fabric was a little thinner and more distressed than some of the other RTR options I have gone with from this designer. Got quite a few wears out of it.

This dress had no frills or fasteners. Just a simple medium weight knit, past the knees. Reasonably forgiving and flattering. Neck wasn’t too tight. When I got it on I felt slightly Star Trek with the color blocking but a solid work option.

Gorgeous color, full skirt, where is the belt?
I received this dress and was very excited to wear it. Ended up bringing it for a business trip without thoroughly checking it. Got to my meetings and didn’t have the belt that it seems like would come with the dress from the sewn in belt loop. The color is bright and bold. The sleeves are very tight. Could not button closure.

These fit like denim, a thinner pair not dense thick denim. The length really worked for me I am 5’7” with a longer torso. These could be dressed up or down. I wore with sneakers. Glad I followed reviews and sized up. I will wear them a few times.

Second time renting this, it’s a good fuzzy piece for a cool day. Fleece has held up surprisingly well over different renters. Your turn to look like a teddy bear. If you’re a small person you may feel swallowed up by this.

A few key misses
The pocket pattern visually is traditional denim jean placement but it has side pockets that are from a different angle so if you use them it looks weird. Then the bottom hem is flipped up and crumply. They’re comfortable which is about the best I can say.

Wish the small was available for a slightly less roomy fit but the medium is still cute. The seams turn up a little just having been laundered thru renters. I’d probably iron or dry flat if this was mine. It is soft and lighter weight than a Jean jacket but thicker than a button down shirt.

Pulled together, demure look
Only complaint with this fabulous dress is that the belt buckle is metal. It’s wrapped so you can’t tell, but try going through an airport metal detector in it. Belt does not detach from the dress so you get a lovely search in which the TSA confirms it’s the belt buckle that did it. Otherwise completely lovely.
