LOVED THIS. Super cute over shorts, jeans, a skirt, all of it.
Fit great. Able to wear a bra underneath if you want though not necessary thanks to the ruffle.

The skirt lining is short but the ruffles help cover it up. Loved this dress. Looks cute over jeans too!
