A little underwhelming for my own bridal shower
This dress is... pretty? Really, it's just okay and I wish I had gone with another one of the lovely floral dresses on RTR. The fabric is really thin and feels low-quality rather than delicate, and it's a little sheer even with the full lining. It also runs really big compared to other BB Dakota items I've tried. Even the 0 was a little bit big on me, and I usually wear a 2. I was able to wear a bra, which was nice.

I feel like this dress looks a lot more drab on the website than it does in person, especially if you wear it with heels. I rented this dress for my engagement photos and couldn't have been happier with it. It's casual but still looks polished. The length is great if you're average to tall height (I'm 5'7) but might be too long otherwise. I wish I could have kept this one!

Gorgeous, flattering dress!
This dress was pretty much perfect. I wore it to a beautiful fall wedding in warm weather and was comfortable dancing all night, although a tube top does mean it gets pulled up often. It was ultra-flattering and I got tons of compliments. Love it!

Totally sexy dress!
This is a super-fitted dress, and it was knee-length for me at 5'7. I'm just sad I didn't get better pictures, because it's definitely one of my favorites that I've ever rented. I'm not the most curvaceous lady but it complimented what little I'm working with and made me feel totally sexy. It was a little tight and hard to move around at first but it stretched out through the night so I was comfortable. The fabric is nice and thick and covers up lumps and bumps, so I didn't need spanx. I wore a strapless bra and was fine. Wish I could have kept this one!

Love love this dress!
I wore this dress at a rehearsal dinner for a formal wedding. I LOVED it! The color is kind of a neon yellow/green in person. Kind of like a tennis ball. Surprisingly pretty for such a weird color. The neckline adds a little interest to a simple, clean, but still flirty look. I got so many compliments. Also, it fits like other Elizabeth and James dresses, which is tight and non-stretchy but generally true to size. If you have bigger than a mid-sized bust, you're gonna want to size up.

Perfect Vegas/Birthday Dress!
I wore this for my birthday in Vegas, and it was sparkly and perfect! The color is kind of a golden brown that's hard to describe and looks a little different than the picture, but it's really beautiful. I wish I had better photos of me in the dress! I have a small bust and it definitely made me look a little extra flat chested and my post-buffet belly wasn't the most flattering, so spanx might have been good. That said, I was comfortable and glamorous in this dress. It didn't feel itchy at all. My boyfriend said it took his breath away when I walked out! Successful rental!

Great party dress, long straps!
Gorgeous fabric on this dress! It's hard to see in photos, but visible in person. It's a black and very dark blue. I love dresses with thick fabric. I'm 5'7, about 115 and I'm fairly certain I ended up wearing the size 0. The straps were definitely long. I pinned them before leaving the house, but I couldn't get it to stay pinned when sitting down and getting pulled, so they just ended up being droopy. The dress still stayed up due to a tighter fit in the torso. You can see the straps that are loose in my car photo. Overall, pretty party dress!

Perfect dress for an office christmas dinner!
This is one of my favorite dresses that I've rented. Perfect LBD. The fabric is really thick (and therefore forgiving) and kept me warmer for a dinner on a ship. I'm 5'7, around 115, and the size 2 was perfect. 0 was too tight in the torso. I wore it with a statement necklace and heels. It wasn't so short that it was inappropriate for an event with my boyfriend's coworkers, and but short enough to still be cute.

Perfect dress for daytime events!
I'm 5'7, around 115, and size 2 fit perfectly for a bridal shower! Super cute dress. It's on the short side at my height, and the size 4 seemed to be about a full inch longer. The waist sits high but it ended up working. Size up if you are bustier! The bust area on the size 2 fit perfectly on my smaller chest, and the size 4 dress would have fit better if not for that area. Still, it all worked out! Really gorgeous dress, wish I could keep it!
