It's soft and stretchy and love the rusching. Got lots of compliments especially about the color. It was a little long so I will get it hemmed now that I bought it.

Love the colors! Wore this on a trip to Hawaii and got lots of compliments. It is short and shows cleavage but can easily be covered with a jean jacket.
