I tend to size up to an L but am glad I went with the M. No button gaping over my 32E chest and accommodated my wide-ish hips. The length hit right at my ankles (I'm 5'2"). Cinch waist was flattering and gave me a shape. I didn't feel like it accentuated my belly. I have a short torso and have trouble with jumpsuit torsos being too long and didn't have that problem with this one. The fabric was nice and lightweight for Arizona heat. I wore this a lot and was surprised to have liked it so much.

The a-line cut was flattering to my hourglass-ish shape and to make my soft belly and waist look as small as possible while still leaving room for my 32E chest and wide-ish hips. The straps were too long on my short torso and rode/stuck up because the rest of the dress formed to my body and curves so the dress didn't hang down by the straps at all. This also made the length go a just a few inches past my finger tips. Short and curvy folks – pin the straps and wear with a black turtle top and tights. I loved the look and will be renting again.

Normally an 8 in fitted tops, I went down one size to the 42 but next time I'd go down 2 more sizes to force a more fitted look over my 32E chest, wide-ish hips, and small-ish natural waist. I wore a 42 in my last See by Chloe Checked Shift Dress rental and the M in this dress fit me better than the L I also tried. The cutout/tie waist adjusts to your waist size. The shoulder seams are wider/oversized and the top stretched nicely over my 32E chest. The a-line skirt cut had room for my wide-ish hips and felt flattering on my extra belly weight with high waisted, control top panties (you could see belly button outline and VPL with lowrise bikini cut panties). The cutout came right at the bottom of my bra - I had to pin it so when I raised my arms it wouldn't show.

These fit too low rise on my curvy body shape. I'm usually a 28 in stretch denim. Maybe because my belly/bum/thighs are thick the jeans zipped underneath my belly button. I'm 5'2" so I tried the S but this was tight on my 32E chest/wide hips (I'm usually 8/10 in pants), but had really long sleeves. The shoulders were broad, too. So the buttons pulled and it didn't look great on me when closed. But it looked cute open with a black sweater underneath. The stripe does make it casual and the material was really soft. It kept me just barely warm enough in NYC 55 degree sunny fall weather with a thin sweater underneath.

I'm usually an 8/10 dress size and M/L top, but knowing this was oversized went with a Small. I'm glad I did. Pros: My arms are short and the sleeves ended just at my wrists. The closure is hook and eye and i didn't have any trouble buttoning across the chest or hips. There are front pockets and the fake fur is so soft. Color combo is great. Cons: When I stood with the hook/eye closed the coat laid perfectly but when I sat down it did gape a little though. I felt like my head look so tiny but that's typical of these types of fur coats on me. I would rent again.
