Size Up- Very flowy
I was glad I read the reviews and sized up! I have a very wide back, but was happy that I could get the size 6 zipped (I'm usually a solid size 4). I didn't love the "bridesmaidy" look of the dress so I tucked the sash in, it helped a bit and still fit great! Length was perfect with heels.

Scratchy but stunning!
This dress was BEAUTIFUL! So many compliments. However, the material didn't have much stretch, unlike many dresses of this kind. I needed to size up (normally wear small, bumped to medium) and even then it felt a bit tight and was a little short. However, it was still worth it- just be sure to snag a size up.

Beautiful rainbow!
I wore this for a 1960's gala and got lots of compliments! The dress was very stretchy and could accommodate many body types. A bit scratchy as others said, but that is par for the course with sequins.

Beautiful and form fitting Green!
What a stunning dress! For sure order up a size (or even 2!). I'm usually a size 4, but I had to squeeze TIGHT into this 6! Not a lot of give, but it makes for a really shapely dress. The color was amazing and I got so many compliments!

Beautiful but Painful!
A STUNNING dress, and absolutely perfect for a St. Patrick's Day Wedding! This dress did not have ANY stretch like most shimmery Badgley Mischka dresses do, and was very tight in the armpit area. I ended up sizing up so that I could breathe! The material was VERY scratchy and by the end the night I had red gashes in my armpits, around my back and on my shoulders. So- the look was fantastic, many compliments! However I don't think the pain was worth it.

Beautiful but a little too big
This was my back-up dress (thus no photo) which I didn't end up wearing. It was SO NICE but VERY large for the size. That cute hole in the middle was much more revealing than I expected! For sure size down on this dress BUT be aware there isn't a lot of stretch.

Perfect maternity dress!
I know it's not specifically a maternity dress but this one worked GREAT! This brand always has stretchy fabric for lots of give in my 9th month of pregnancy. The sequins with this style are always a little bit scratchy in the armpits, but that is to be expected. LOVED the dress! And now that the baby is here I can go back to my regular size!

Stunning, glamorous and... COMFORTABLE!
Rent the Runway nailed it again! This was the perfect dress for our "Night at the Oscars" themed Gala. Size 4 fit like a glove, and the stretch made it quite comfortable! In fact, this would probably make a great maternity dress for those who are looking. :) I am 5'4 and the length was perfect for my 3'' heels.

Perfect and stunning dress, even at 7 months pregnant!
For weeks I stressed over find a dress that would fit and still look elegant at 7 months pregnant for our annual charity event. I should have known RTR was the way to go. After looking at photos and reading about the fabric I settled on both this and one other beautiful gown. Sure enough, both fit perfectly AND were comfortable! I would like to match the others in saying this dress does run a bit short. I am 5'4 and if I didn't wear flats (no way was this pregnant girl going to wear heels!) it would have been too short. While wearing this size 10 I was still 5'4, but my weight is now up to <gulp> 165 if this can help others with sizing. Plenty of great give in the fabric.

A unique, beautiful, and comfortable dress!
The fit was perfect, and the dress was extremely comfortable. I cannot even count how many compliments I received about this stunning dress! Most definitely a show stopper. I wore it as part of my get-up for a 1920's gala I was the host of, and with a few pearls and headpiece, it worked perfectly! It was so much fun!

Tight fit, but the look was worth it!
I wore this dress for a nice dinner on our beach vacation and got many compliments on it's beauty! It was VERY tight in the top (which is strange because I'm not that large chested) but after looking at photos of other women wearing it, I realized it was supposed to be that way. After wearing it for about 30 minutes it loosened up and I was finally able to breathe normally and enjoy the beauty of the dress! Most definitely order one or two sizes up. I'm normally a 4, and probably should have gone with the 8.

BEAUTIFUL Dress... just a little hard to wear.
Don't get me wrong, the dress was beautiful and I almost got more compliments on this for my rehearsal dinner than I did for my wedding dress the next day! Downside, even though I sized down as recommended, the top continued to roll down or slide down. We finally resorted in using body tape which became hilarious because every time I sat down somebody had to re-tape me. I ended up with tape marks on my chest that were visible on wedding day. Opps! Was the beautiful dress worth all of the trouble? I would still say probably.

I swear, RTR has hit the nail on the head with every one of my rentals, and this dress was no exception! I read the reviews this dress runs small, so my extra was one size up. There is NO room for stretch in the fabric, so the size up was perfect. But be sure to wear your spanx because you can't hide any details under this dress!

I felt like such a lady! Perfect dress for my shower!
I'm not one for wearing cute dresses like this, but was talked into it for my Bridal Shower. I was a bit nervous the skit would be too poofy, but it was just right! This dress was very comfortable, was sized great and did a nice job of hiding my larger backside. :) Thank you RTR, you've done it again!

Poise, grace, and a perfect fit.
My second time renting from RTR and once again I was beyond impressed. Based on the reviews I went with the long length. At 5'4 I think either the long OR the regular length would have been fine, but I threw on some extra high heels so that I wouldn't trip. Based on photos I thought the dress would be heavy and scratchy, but it was neither. The dress gave me the confidence and poise I needed to get through a very emotional and powerful evening.
