I usually wear a 4 in dresses but needed to size up to a 8 bc the chest was tight. I'm a 34B ... 8 fit great.

Tight waist but adorable
Worked fine with the matching top even though the shorts waist were tight on me. The eyelet is see through. Works great as a cover up. Very cute and lots of compliments.
