Interesting
On the model the dress looks like you have the ability to adjust the foldover part but you don't. The dress is made with the foldover and can hit odd. I looked like I had fat roll over the tied waist but really it was just a lot of fabric in bad placement.

Fun and cute!
Loved this dress! It was so cute and perfect for a party on the water. Mine came with the ties undone so I was able to adjust it, which was great because otherwise, it would have been to big in the shoulders. Will diffidently re-rent.

Cute but long
Overall this dress was a good fit. The chest area was roomy like some of the other reviews mentioned but for me adding a sticky bra would have filled it out just fine. The bottom half of the dress was roomy and flowy making it comfortable. However, the length is what caused me to take a star off and not wear it. It hit me at a weird length and wasn't going to work for what I had in mind. In a pinch it could have worked for something like a shower or outdoor wedding.

LOVE! LOVE! LOVE!
While I didn't up wearing, I plan to rent again in a size up! I debated between rating it runs small and true to size since I can be in between sizes. But since the material has no give I went with runs small. It ended being tight in a few spots. The first being the chest, it wasn't tight on my rib cage, it just squeezed my boobs in causing the buttons to pull at the openings. Then it is also fitted through the waist and given the material, it shows the shape of your lower abdomen. If in between sizes I definitely suggest going with your bigger size.

Small and Short
I am in between sizes and sized up based on other reviews. The dress was still tight but the print is forgiving, so the dress didn't look tight. The main issue was how short the dress was, I am 5'4'' and felt like all the sudden I had long legs, but since I have the opposite, a longer torso, the dress was uncomfortably short. It could have worked but I knew that I would be tugging on it all night wishing it was tad longer.
