Have boobs? You will need a bandeau!
If you have any boob at all, chances are you will need a bandeau, ideally in a fun color -- I didn't have one on hand, so I didn't wear. But I might rent again knowing what I know. I'm a 10-12, can often do a medium and almost always a large...next time I rent I might do an XL, as it wasn't quite as loose as I wanted. Super soft, and great colors. I'll be better prepared next time!

Hesitated...then fell a little in love!
Wasn't sure about these when I first put them on, but while I was wearing them, I was like, "Wait. WHAT was my hesitation?" Wore them to a casual art opening, and they were perfect -- stylish and so comfortable that I didn't need to give them a second thought. Although they worked with heels, I dressed them down, because-- as one reviewer said -- they feel like wearing PJs, and heels would have defeated that. I'm 5'9", a solid 10-12; waist is tight going on, and I (with, admittedly, a bit of a belly) wished they'd been ever-so-slightly looser, but it didn't actively bother me, and overall they were more comfortable than most clothes. Looked best with black. I will rent again,

Gorgeous dress, front flap hit me weird
Fabric is beautiful, like a really high-end silk scarf. Love the bottom hemline. There's a slight slit in the sides, which is nice. Front is lower cut than I realized, but still appropriate for just about every type of event. You can probably wear a regular (Demi) bra. The 10R was perfect for my 36c chest. There was so much to love. But there's a front flap panel that hit me totally wrong. I was on the fence about wearing, but in the end decided not this time.

Was both too big and too small for me
Maybe better for someone more petite? (I'm 5'9" and broad. Arms felt too small, like my mobility was limited, but around my chest was so wide it showed way too much bra. Beautiful shirt, but maybe it needs someone who is more petite in frame, with more boob?

Fun, very light, not really my style
This is what I like about RTR - I thought, "I wonder if I'd like tassel earrings." So I got to wear them around for hours before deciding, "meh, not my style." These are so light you'll barely be aware that you're wearing them. Very rare to have such big, statement earrings that are this light.

An almost, but not for me!
Nice looking, and if maybe if my belly were a little more, ahem, proportional to the rest of me, they'd be interesting. As is, I felt like Tweedledee in these. I could see other women looking really sharp, though.

Gorgeous fabric, very full skirt, quite long - not as flattering on me as I'd hoped
This is a gorgeous, bold fabric. Spectacular colors, sort of bold and romantic all at once. I had ordered for a gala, but wore the back-up. So I decided to wear this out to dinner instead, just to try it. For dinner, I paired with sneakers and a grey moto, and I got many compliments. But...I don't know, something about this didn't fit me quite right. I think the challenge was the fullness of the skirt in combination with where the waist hit .on me (a little higher than I'd like)..it just made me look a little too big, like there was more fabric on me than I felt comfortable with. That said, it was extraordinarily comfortable, and the colors almost made up for it. This one is LONG, practically hit the ground for me in barefeet, and I'm 5'9". Though I dressed it down, would look gorgeous with heels and a great pair of earrings. It's a great dress...for me, it was *almost* a dream dress.

Flattering, can be dressed up or down...with pockets!
I really liked this one. It was my backup dress, and it's the one I wore. Was for a gala, not black-tie, but filled with wealthy arts types. I paired it with flats and a moto jacket, and it was perfect. For future rentals, I tried on with heels and also sneakers, and it worked with both...definitely a dress that can go all kinds of different directions (though it's not super gown-y). It's not just black and white, either -- in person, the pattern has really nice patches of warm beige, which makes it feel a little less stark than I feared. I have a Mom-belly and Mom-hips, and I felt like this was forgiving with both. Quite long - I'm tall, and this was at least my ankle, though it didn't hit the floor. Sash can't be removed FYI, so belting wouldn't be simple. Will rent again.
