I loved the fit and it was flattering, but it was kind of big- it didn't matter too much because it was cold the few weeks I had it at home and I was wearing sweaters, etc. It's too long for sure, so I kind of felt weird in it when it was closed/buttoned. It came down below my knees, and I think it's supposed to hit at mid thigh.

This dress is beyond comfortable, packable, breathable, flattering, and looked amazing right out of my suitcase- I wondered for a while what the big deal is with Missoni, but now I know. The quality is unbelievable, and the color, fit, construction, and fabric knit are all worth their price tag once you see this dress in person. My only cautions: 1) I ordered the 40 (US size 2, I think) and it was too big in the shoulders/arms/chest, so I had to keep pulling it up in front and checking to cover my bra on the sides and under my arms. It wasn't very fitted on the bottom, either. I don't know if the 38 (US 0) would've fit better, but I thought Missoni would run small so I didn't get a backup size. I'd order a size down if you're short and/or small chested. 2) I couldn't tell the front from the back of the dress, so I had to look at pictures on RTR to see it on the model. Maybe I'm just a novice, or maybe I was having a moment of idiocy, but the lining inside the knit overlay is cut the same way front vs. back and the tag is sewn into a side seam. Anyway, crisis averted. This was one of my favorites so far- I LOVED this dress and I'd definitely rent Missoni again!

They are very light and comfortable to wear. But, they are a little bigger than I expected... so they weren't super versatile. I almost always wear studs because my ears are small, so dangling/heavy earrings don't work very well for me- but it was hard to wear these with casual outfits because of their size on my ears. Maybe they are a little less imposing on people who have normal ears :) Other than that, they are so pretty and worked great to dress up simple pieces for nights out on my vacation!

Only drawback was how hard it was to get it untangled after taking it out of the shipping bag/box. I rented this for my winter rehearsal dinner, and it was beautiful and really well made. I loved it, but it was way too long and just too large overall. I'm only 5'1 and kind of petite, but I'm proportioned so I took a chance on it with really high heels- some dresses work out ok if they're fitted enough and I don't always need petite sizes with tall shoes because it's mostly my torso that's the issue. From the back, the hemline made me look like a little kid and the overall fit was really baggy. Sad face. But this dress would have worked in a zero maybe? Or a petite size? Or on a tall friend!

Was a little bit big, should have ordered the next size down. Very comfortable though. Even though I'm short, it hit right at my knees and length was great with heels. Fabric was stretchy but forgiving and flattering, and my wedding/rehearsal was in the winter and this kept me pretty warm. I got tons and tons of compliments, and one of my bridesmaids ended up renting this dress for her mom's wedding later in the year she loved it so much!
