Just OK
This dress is kind of cute but wasn't my fav. The sleeves didn't stay up which was my main complaint; made it annoying to wear.

I wore this with a sparkly skirt I also rented from RTR but it's a staple item that could be paired with so many different bottoms! The back has drawstring ties that make it easy to adjust to the perfect fit.
