This for RTR staff only, the attached picture is how I recieved this dress. I had to wear this one because the size 4 sleeves were too tight. Unfortunately the tear was in the front so it was very noticeable even with my efforts to bunch up the sleeve to hide it. Other than this it was a great dress.

Ordered for my birthday but ended not wearing it. Neckline looked awkward didn’t lay down smoothly. Seemed too short in the body of the dress for me and generally not flattering
