I probably could’ve worn the 27. The 28s were just a tad loose. If they stretch throughout the day I will definitely need a belt. Ankle ties are adorable.

SUPER small
I’m usually a size 4 up top-not a huge bust-and I couldn’t zip this up, not even with help! The fabric felt high end and asymmetrical hem and pleats were a nice understated, sophisticated touch. If you can get the right size this would be perfect for everything from wedding attire to date night jeans.
