Elegant
I felt great in this and got lots of compliments! Perfect for a winter wedding. Before renting this you should make sure you have a very well fitting strapless black bra, if you have that you will be great. The seam of the sheer material falls right where your loose bra strap might if it slips off your shoulder so that kept tricking me into feeling for a phantom bra strap, but not a big deal for me. I would rent this again!

Itchy and weird
I saw all the pictures of women looking fabulous in this dress, but it did not work for me! I ordered the L and the M and found the fit of both to be very strange. With the large the shoulders fell off, and with the medium it flattened my boobs. You can’t wear a bra with it, which I knew, but there were no cups or anything to help out, and it just made me flat. The material is itchy and left marks on my skin just from the few minutes I tried it on. I couldn’t imagine spending a whole evening in it so I sent this back and ordered an alternate.

I can see why others said it was itchy; the material is stiff and the ruffles around the neckline could be bothersome, but it really didn’t bother me at all. I felt good, and I wore it twice in my rental weekend.

Garden Party Chic
This dress is gorgeous and such great quality, but I don't think it did much for my figure. I'm bottom heavy and have short legs so the length made me look shorter and the fuller skirt made my bottom half look wider. I'm being really picky here, I could have worn it to a brunch or even a wedding and felt confident. It's a gorgeous dress. It also has little snap straps to keep your bra straps from falling down.

I rented this for family portraits, it was exactly what I wanted, a blend of casual and classic. I honestly couldn't tell much if a difference in the fit between the 8 and 10, both fit the same. Loved it!
