Vanessa (the manager) was absolutely perfect!!! I received my order in the mail on Friday and both dresses didn’t fit; I called RTR to see about getting a quick exchange, but missed the 7:00PM cutoff time to receive another order. It was so important to have a dress, as I was attending my military ball on Saturday. So I made the decision to drive to DC (I live in Charlottesville VA), early Saturday morning in hopes of finding a replacement. I didn’t know Vanassa was the manager when she initially helped me. She was running around the store assisting anyone who need help or had questions and she seemed to really enjoy her job, so I approached her for help. She immediately went to work trying to find me a ball gown close to the one I initially loved, as they didn’t have my dress at that location. I was there for an hour trying on several dresses and she never once got upset or frustrated with me. Vanessa was an absolute delight and it was only when I went to check out and asked for her information so I could rave about her on your site did she reveal that she was the manager. RTR is lucky to have her on your team! Please know your store in DC is in good hands with her as the backbone! Thank you RTR-as always it was awesome using your service!!! <3
