This was my first RTR rental and I really read through the reviews as best as possible, but had no idea how the fit would truly be. I originally ordered a 2R and 4R and started to doubt my decision. Thanks to the very helpful stylists at RTR, I was able to change the order to a 0R and 2R. I was so happy I did becaus this dress runs large. The 0R fit perfectly and felt like it was custom made just for me. I was able to wear a 3 inch heel and the regular length was perfect. I had to do a considerable amount of walking and dancing at this event and wanted to be able to move well. Wearing a bra was a bit of a challenge but with the right product, you can make it happen. I am trying to find another event to wear this dress again. It it definitely a stunner and the complimets were abundant.

This dress was so comfortable. The material is thick but still clings tightly. I ordered a small and x-small and ended up wearing the XS. The bodice was the reason for the selection. The x-small was listed as P inside the dress so I assume it really was a petite. My bust and upper arms are very small and the XS fit very nicely in the top. The small was too large in the neck and armholes and looked too big. The bottom was rather snug on my hips with the XS and the S did fit better, but with the proper undergarment, all was held in well. If you are busty and small in the hip, this dress should fit well. My only concern was that the material looked like it was starting to "pill" since it is a knitted fabric. It was definitely not noticeable while wearing . I enjoyed being the best dressed at the party and would highly recommend this dress!

This dress fit beautifully. I had multiple compliments from quite a few of the 2500 guests at the event. Total strangers would stop me to tell me how they loved the dress. I ordered the 2R and 0L. Based on reviews, I was sure I would wear the 0L but it was so long that even with 5 inch heels, I was tripping on the dress. Knowing that the event I was attending involved significant walking, I opted for the 2R. I am almost 5'6" and was able to wear 3 inch heels. They were the perfect height for walking and the toe of the shoe peeked out. I would suggest wearing an eye catching shoe, and then the higher front on the dress would be to your advantage. There is a definite taper from front to back that is not apparent on the model's photo. Since the train is longer than the front of the dress, there were a number of times that other people stepped on the train. Both dresses fit about the same in the bodice and the 0 was only ever so slightly smaller than the 2. The size 2 allowed me to wear a bra and it never showed as the straps on the dress and the back hid it perfectly. Also, I did not need to wear any spanx or hose with this dress, it was not tight in the hip area like most dresses I wear. It was form fitting but very comfortable - both in the 0 and the 2. I did not have a problem with the underarm chaffing that some have mentioned. It was somewhat rough but not unbearable. One other issue was using the bathroom. Most stalls are very small and this dress needs some move room to hold the excess material high enough. I would definitely recommend this dress!
