The fabric of this dress was gorgeous and with a hint of sparkle in the pattern that doesn’t really show in photos. The bow on the back is such a nice and feminine surprise too— you’ll need help fastening! Dress was very comfortable (even if I look “squishy” in the pics LOL). Was perfect for the benefit gala that was also a business event. Received many compliments! For reference: I’m 6’0 tall, wore a kitten barely 2” open dress sandal, ordered the 8L and 10L, but am pretty sure I wore the 10L to have the most give up top; though bottom of pic is almost cut off, dress was the right length (and shoe choice) to cover my shoes when standing still, but not when I walked. My fellow for real tall gals know that’s a win!

I actually selected this dress as my back-up. And it was a good thing the primary (same size, different designer) fit because I could even zip this one up (8). It’s a lovely dress, though, so I would prefer again as my primary in the next size up— with probably the size after that as my back-up. Color is nice. Pattern is different. Fairly lightweight. A good combo that can probably work year-round in most areas!

Truly, all of the other reviews sum up this dress up accurately: It's lovely in person. It's a great fit. It's modestly sexy. Hubby was a fan. AND, I'm proud to also be one to report that I received compliments all night! So since others' reviews convinced me to select this dress after I curiously clicked to view the details, I knew I had to repeat the favor... I ordered a 6 (my usual size) and the 8 as a back-up. Then, like many, I chose to wear the larger size. While I liked the way I looked in the 6, it really did fit like a glove with the pencil skirt. And because I knew I would be eating yummy wedding reception food (& cake!) and wanted to hit the dance floor (much!), I went with the little more give and comfort that the 8 provided. I was sad to return this dress, but I'm not sure I'd re-wear such a memorable dress anyway! This was my first experience with RTR, but it definitely won't be my last!
