Good customer service
The dress was just as it photographs on the model. The color was a beautiful emerald. Beware, however, if you have a large chest as it didn't zip past my 36DDs, :( . I had to go out and buy a dress the night before the military ball. The zipper is very stubborn on the 12 as well. I thought for sure by reading all the reviews and comparing sizes I would be fine, but unfortunately couldn't wear it.
