I got for two occasions, one casual and one formal. I work a jean jacket to dress it down, and a fur coat to dress it up. I would note that it is fairly causal. Pairs great with boots.

I guess I underestimated 12 L. It was so long considering that I'm 5'6 I had to go out and purchase 4 1/2 inch heels which were the highest I was comfortable with yet I still had to carry the bottom of the dress at all times. Maybe great for tall ladies.

I wore for three separate occasions and didn't realize until the last event that this coat has hidden snap buttons. It was icing on top of an already amazing cake. I would definitely rent this again, as I did not want to return it.
