The skirt on this was too large and shifted down on me a lot..so it definitely does not run small. This is a cute outfit...but not fabulous. I could not pull it off without a bra.

I got more compliments on this top (with the matching skirt) in one day in Los Angeles than I have on any other outfit I've worn in years. I honestly don't know why people found it so flattering. I liked it very much, but people were telling me that it looked "great" on me. I'm talking 6 or 7 compliments in one day. I would buy it, but I cost way too much for both pieces (considering they're used).
