Fun, comfortable, and pockets!
This dress was really flattering on and my daughters were so excited when I put it on. One nice detail is the reverse fabric on the inside of the skirt, which matches the top, being visible from the high-low hemline and draping of the skirt front. Pockets always preferred too! Easy to accessorize. Also, no small thing, the ribbing holds up well and you can go with our without a strapless bra in this one.... though I would have liked just an once more support up top.

Giant orange tent.
So wanted to love it -- I love Jill Sander but this is not in her league. The fabric pulled across my chest in an unflattering way and the fabric is so paper-like -- but not in an interesting way in more of a cheap way -- that it didn't feel right for a party. Maybe good for not getting lost at sea.

Giant black tent.
It's true what other reviewers said about the fabric being forgiving but there's just so much of it. Felt like I was wearing a giant black tent.

Pockets, cleavage, and compliments!
This dress was great and fun to wear. Really comfortable and I love having pockets and just enough cleavage action without scandalizing anyone. Did I mention pockets? All dresses should have pockets! Feminism!

Nice color but you have to not need to use your arms.
Pretty dress and a flattering cut but you can't raise your arms past your waist so forget about dancing or reaching for anything off a shelf (and also those sleeves look good, but if you pass anything across a table you're sure to knock over something or end up with a sleeve in someone else's soup, or on fire!)

Almost stunning but I don't know who this dress is designed for.
On the one hand the dress is made of beautiful heavy fabric and has a nice weight to it (and pockets!) and the bare back with sequined straps is stunning. But because of the open back you clearly can't wear a bra, so would be great for my sisters with smaller breasts; but on the other hand the breast area of the dress runs rather large and even my un-swaddled breasts didn't fill out the large side-boob area. Not sure who would be flattered by this but I think silicone must be involved.

Great for new moms who want ready access to breasts!
This dress would be perfect if you want to breast feed because the flaps covering your breasts are loose and can fully be pulled down under your bra. Short of that specific activity though, why would anyone want a dress where you are giving free shows all the time? Maybe pinning it would help but I still don't get why a designer makes a dress that doesn't provide the basic function of covering your boobs.
