Not for bigger chested girls ):
I got a medium, which is my usually size. It fit everywhere, except the chest area. I wouldn't have sized up, because then it would have been to large everywhere else. Unfortunate too, it was a very gorgeous dress ):

It was super cute, just didn't end up wearing it.
I really liked this dress. The only downside was I felt that the arm hole was slightly tight around my armpit and it would get uncomfortable through the night. The wedding was also in a cooler climate, and the material was thinner than the dress I ended up going with

Loved! Got so many compliments!
I went with a 10R because that is all they had. I probably could have worn an 8 or 6. It was definitely slightly large on me. But I loved the style and color. Plus the ruching on the side made the extra material look OK, would have bought if it was a smaller size!
