I'm a size 0 waist and 4 hips. 26 worked for me. Unless you have an hourglass fit, these may not work! Waist runs smaller than the hips. I have a long torso so these rode up my butt (which didn't bother me tooo much). Since they are asymmetrical, they didn't actually give a cameltoe, but they were riding up the side in the front (if you know what I mean). Overall the fit was odd, but the look was 10/10.

The sleeves are pre-rolled up and tacked in place, so you can't pull them totally down. I think it ended up looking fine, but it felt weirdly bulky the whole time I wore.

Maybe I was crazy when I rented, but I thought the dress was brown up top with a black skirt. I was pretty disappointed to see the whole dress was black. I'd say it fits pretty true to size, but the straps are not adjustable, and I could have benefitted from them being a bit shorter.
